Cantrell Center 5K Testimonials
In Houston & Bibb county, over 30.8% of adults are obese. The Cantrell Center has declared war against obesity in hopes of changing this statistic.  Over 40% of the registrants for the Cantrell Center 5K have been first timers.  It is these”first timers” we are targeting with the “Get Moving Middle Georgia” Challenge.  First time participants who never thought they could complete a 5K, have proven to themselves that they can and are taking strides to improve their health.
