Whether a child faces orthopedic or neurological
problems, The Cantrell Center for Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is
more than prepared to receive the pediatric patient. We want our kids to be
excited to come to physical therapy. Most parents who have done the "PT
thing" with their kids know that it can become quite tedious. Not here. We
want the children to feel like this is a "home away from home" in which they
get to have a great time. And, oops! They will "accidentally" get better in
the process.
PEDIATRIC NEUROLOGY
Many of you are on this page because you have been directed to The
Cantrell Center for Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine by the "Babies
Can't Wait" program or the early intervention program at Robins Air
Force Base. Most of you are already caring for a child who has some type
of neurological disorder. We are prepared to work with you and your
child. We will combine our clinical expertise and objective judgment
with a good dose of love. It's what we do best.
PEDIATRIC ORTHOPEDICS
Orthopedic injuries in children require special treatment plans that may
differ greatly from adult treatment plans. Keeping abreast of the latest
changes in the special needs of our pediatric caseload through endless
continuing education insures that we can accurately accommodate the
specific needs of our little ones. The Cantrell Center for Physical
Therapy and Sports Medicine provides a knowledgeable team in the area of
pediatric orthopedics.
At The Cantrell Center for Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, we
recognize the special needs of our pediatric patients. Many moms and
dads have thanked us for the exceptional attention their children
receive at our center. After all, kids are special!
