Have You Recently Had a Total Joint Replacement? If so, it’s time to Call Cantrell!
May is National Arthritis Awareness Month. Unfortunately, those that suffer from arthritis are all too aware of the impact it can have on their function. Arthritis is a painful inflammation of the joints that can affect your ability to move and participate in everyday activities. Arthritis can greatly impact your quality of life. For some people, this may lead to a total joint replacement—many of you are all too familiar with this term.
If your arthritis pain has led you to a total joint replacement, let us be part of your recovery plan!
Following your procedure, you have a choice where you go for your physical therapy. Although it may sometimes seem like your clinic has been pre-selected for you, you ALWAYS have a say. You make the final call on where you would like to receive your treatment.
And, here at the Cantrell Center, we are eager to help you get back to your everyday life following your surgery.
We do rehab and recovery a little differently here at the Cantrell Center because we make it our mission to give personal attention and make treatment unique to your need.
We want our patients to feel how passionate we are about getting them better and we do everything in our power to make everyone feel included and welcome from the minute they walk in the door.
At the Cantrell Center, we treat many patients with total joint replacements. Here are just a few of the things some of our previous patients have had to say about their experience:
What Cantrell Center Patients Are Saying
“The staff at the Cantrell Center were extremely helpful in getting me back walking normally. Not only did they explain what exercises to do, but why they were needed. Focused, individual attention by experienced therapists made the difference.” – David Pierson
“Adrian and Dina set up a program with me that exercised all parts of my knee to build them up. They were very good to push me at a pace I could do.” – Deanna Anderson
“Adrian and Cindy were my therapists and were instrumental in my rapid recovery. Both ladies pushed me hard but the results were excellent.” – Warner Paris
Following surgery, we know you are likely nervous about what comes next. But, we want to ease your mind because therapy is what we do– and helping people is why we do it. We pride ourselves on creating a comfortable and caring environment for your recovery.
So, pick up the phone and give us a call! We look forward to getting you back to doing the things that you love.
