The Cantrell Center’s Chair & Balance Class has become so popular we’ve had to added a new session: June 24th- August 2nd.
In this 50 minute class, the one of the Cantrell Center’s excellent instructors will take you through strengthening exercises in a chair as well as standing balancing exercises, at times using equipment such as barbells, golf clubs, and more.
New Class Time: 3pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays

Approximately one year ago, I noticed I felt unsure of my footing and my doctor administered a balance test. I required therapy which I underwent at his office for about three months. After that time, I took another balance test and failed it.
My doctor advised another round of balance therapy, but I persuaded him to wait until I could take Chair & Balance classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays (My sister Maria was attending the classes and loved it). I joined up. The next time the doctor gave me the balance test, I passed it.
