A note of recognition to Mrs. Lola Rosenbaum and her team of physical therapist to include Mrs. Faith Sondoval, Alex and others who worked with me. The professionalism, personalities, and concern for patients is truly commendable and made me feel welcome and comfortable during my entire treatment period. The service you provided definitely helped improve my health. Thanks for your services.

Wow where do I start? Well at the beginning. I broke my ankle about four years ago and the weight just came out of nowhere. I always wanted to do a 5K race but nobody wanted to join me. I decided I will do it alone. Afraid that I would not make it to the end I signed up and the staff at the Cantrell Center were very helpful and got me on the right track. I started the couch to 5k and did the exercises that was given to me. Many times I wanted to quit due to the pain I was feeling in my ankle, but I continued.
The day of the race I was worried that I would not make it to the finish line being out their alone but was I shocked when I saw a lady the lost her right leg. She took me under her wing and we limped and laugh all the way to the finish line. Although I didn't win just knowing I could do that race meant the world for me.

"They were very attentive and needed nothing more than to simply see me, to come running to begin preparation for therapy. They did so with the most pleasant attitudes and gracious smiles. All of your staff were very courteous and helpful on every visit; from the nice ladies that greeted me and checked me in when I arrived, to those same ladies that wished me a nice day as I left. Thank you and your wonderful staff for the abundance of kindness extended to me.

Professional…Personable…and…Pizazz are three words to describe Jamie and Faith. They helped me through with exercises for an arthritis problem in my neck, spine, and front upper body. They both were extremely patient in helping me- gosh- after many tries I finally could get the tucks, tilts and breathing.
They are both a delight and have the know-how to professionally get the job done and at the same add their own personal touches of care.
Thank you Jamie and Faith!

I started therapy on my right knee on December 14, 2012 and 2 months to the date almost the “Miracle Workers” at Cantrell Center have struck again. There was pain, but I believe in order to move forward that has to happen. Jamie, Cindy, Dina, and Erin are truly miracle workers as far as I’m concerned. I’ve told folks for years that this is the place to come for therapy or wellness. I’m headed back to the early morning group in wellness hopefully this Friday and only because of the world class therapy I received.

What can I say but good things about the Cantrell Center! I have used you twice after having two total knee replacements. I had Adrian Baker and Dina Johnson work with me on both occasions, and I couldn’t be happier. We bonded instantly.
Adrian and Dina set up a program with me that exercised all the parts of my knees to build them up. They were very good to push me at the pace I could do, increasing me each time. I’ve seen other people who have had knee replacements and some of them haven’t done as well as me. I give all the credit to my doctor, Mr. Ferincola (Hughston Clinic, Colombus) and Adrian and Dina.
I would definitely use Cantrell Center and Dina and Adrian! Also, I would recommend all of you!

"After me total knee replacement, the staff at the Cantrell Center were extremely helpful in getting me back walking normally. Not only did they explain what exercises to do, but they also explained why the were needed. Focused, individual attention by experienced therapists made the difference. They made sure the exercises were challenging and performed correctly. Linda and Cindy were especially helpful, though the entire staff was always kind and courteous, The Cantrell Center is far superior to the PT I received from a different provider a few years ago after hip replacement. I can't thank the Cantrell Center enough and absolutely recommend their services.

I had total left knee replacement by Dr. John Waldrop, Hughston Clinic, on October 31, 2012. I started physical therapy at The Cantrell Center on Monday, November 5, 2012. Adrian and Cindy were my therapists and were instrumental in my rapid recovery. Both ladies pushed me hard but the results were excellent.

The staff members [at the Cantrell Center] were both professional and caring while working with me to improve my balance problems and my strength. With their support and guidance, both areas have markedly improved and I now plan to join the wellness program.
Please share my heartfelt appreciation with Mary Oakley, Erin Bennett, Elizabeth Newman, and Cindy Rice, for their tolerance and encouragement throughout the months. These ladies provided challenges and patience along with professional expertise.

Once the prescription for the therapy sessions was complete I felt I needed to continue at Cantrell and thought about a membership. My wonderful Wife knew how much I liked going there so she gave me a full membership for a Christmas present and she could not have given me anything better.
I thoroughly enjoy my time at Cantrell and especially the time in the pool. Donna is always there with a big “Hello” and I have gotten to know several other people like myself who see the value in the pool and gym exercises.
My knee feels great, I have no pain at all and I look forward to going to Cantrell 3 times a week. The entire Staff is simply awesome and I highly recommend anyone who has arthritic problems to see their Doctor first but get into the program at Cantrell as soon as possible. You will see results in a very short period of time.

I went to my Orthopedic Doctor and after x-rays and tests she determined I had osteoarthritis. She highly recommended I do physical therapy to strengthen my leg muscles. She gave me a prescription for the therapy but I had no idea what this was all about.
Being fairly new to the Warner Robins area, I went online and found the Cantrell Center. I went there and was immediately impressed with the Staff and their genuine interest in helping me. I met with Jamie Lochner, who put together a gym/pool regiment for me and I started the therapy. I worked with Jamie in the gym but then also worked with Cindy Rice in the gym and the pool. Cindy is so great, she made me work hard but we had fun in the process. Both Jamie and Cindy are great to work with and make you feel like they really care about your issues. I looked forward to going to Cantrell every week and could tell that my legs were getting much stronger and the knee pain was gone completely.

After trying various types of rehab and pain management, I heard about Cantrell. I signed up for arthritis group water therapy with Donna Amos as the instructor in 2012. Donna has done an excellent job of keeping me mobile and keeping the pain level manageable.
Cantrell has so many plus features – a heated pool, with a handicap entrance, adequate parking, a friendly, knowledgeable staff, very clean facilities, information on coming events, the location is excellent, overall the facility is very attractive, fees per month are very reasonable, and there are so many programs and choices to meet the needs of most everyone.
If I come early, I feel welcome to visit the lovely waiting room, read the paper, and Charlie (my three wheel walker) and I will have a cup of coffee. Thanks to all at Cantrell! I love Cantrell!

My sister, Stacy, who has Down Syndrome, has been a member of the Cantrell Wellness Center for fifteen months. Thanks to the combined efforts of her trainer, Mark, and Donna, the leader of her water walking class, Stacy is now fifty-three pounds lighter. Mark and Donna and the rest of the staff and members of the Center have become like family to us. Everyone knows Stacy by name and cheer on her efforts. The first year Stacy stuck to water walking. The results of her water walking class were so successful that this year she added land exercises to her membership and has been rewarded by even greater endurance and a more toned body. We are both grateful to the Cantrell Wellness Center and recommend it to everyone we meet.
