Boot Camp is an intense 8-week continuous workout program that meets twice a week (Monday and Thursday, from 6:00 – 7:30pm) and includes nutrition counseling, running, walking, strength-training, water aerobics, and home exercises given out as homework.
To boot (no pun intended), the member with the best results at the end of the 8-week period will receive a FREE 3 MONTH MEMBERSHIP!

Price:
A $50 deposit is required to guarantee your spot—the deposit is part of the full amount, not in addition to it—the remaining payment is due on or before the first day of Bootcamp.
