Land Program

WE BELIEVE YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS PROGRAM IS A PERSONAL THING…. AND WE TREAT IT ACCORDINGLY!

Whether you have recently completed rehab with a total knee replacement or you are training for a Triathlon, our exercise physiologists and personal trainers will custom-design an exercise program suited to your fitness level and/or medical condition. We will also monitor your progress and goals every two months to guarantee the best results.

Our state-of-the-art gym offers free weights, machine weights and cardio equipment and our trainers are highly qualified to meet your personal goals. We also offer a number of classes and programs to keep you in peak physical condition all year long.

We’re not just another gym.

Personalized Exercise Programs: One thing that sets us apart from other gyms in the area is that we require a consultation to join our Wellness Program.  During the consultation, you’ll sit down one-on-one with one of our expert trainers.  They’ll review your medical history, discuss your wellness goals, and create an individualized program just for you.  Then, they’ll take you through the different machines and exercises and watch as you do a couple of repetitions.  They want to make sure you’re doing the exercise correctly and that you feel comfortable doing it.

Complimentary Follow Up Appointments: We offer complimentary two month follow up appointments to all active wellness members.  This allows us to reassess you and make sure you’re happy with your program.

Knowledgeable Trainers:  Our wellness trainers hold bachelor’s degrees in either Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology.

Cycling Revolution

Instructors take you through a challenging ride climbing up hills, jumping, hovering, or sprinting to get to the finish line. This multi-level approach can be further intensified by resistance—or kept to a minimal level for first timers. This workout will have you burning over 500 calories in under an hour!

Power Hour

This condensed bootcamp-style class is offered Monday and Thursday at 6:00pm and incorporates cardio, strength training, abs, and so much more, into one uplifting and supportive 60-minute class.

Abs Class

Abs Class

Set-up as a circuit rotation, each participant will rotate through lower, upper, and oblique abdominal exercises that will be performed for 1 minute. After a minute, you will then move to the next exercise to challenge a different part of your core.

Chair/Balance Class

Chair/Balance Class

In this 50 minute class, your instructor will take you through strengthening exercises in a chair as well as standing balancing exercises, at times using equipment such as barbells, golf clubs, and more.
